Regular Admission Ticket: $1249.00 USD | June 3 – August 16

Please expect to receive your invoice within 1-4 business days after payment. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made before August 8, 2024 will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between August 8, 2024 and August 23, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made on or after August 24, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

Forums, extended breaks, and evening socials are offered each day to encourage knowledge sharing conversations and community building. You can also join us in the ‘Solution Room’— book your time slot with the onsite team and we will be ready to support.

Meals

If you are a guest at the hotel, complimentary meals will be provided throughout your stay. Light morning refreshments will be available Tuesday to Friday, as well as a full lunch and snacks during networking breaks.

Social Events

We also have various social activities to ensure you can unwind, connect, and enjoy more memorable experiences. See below for what we have in store:

• Tuesday – Hotel Reception: Tapas, finger foods & bar service (free for hotel guests)
• Wednesday 6:30-9pm – Games Night: Snacks & refreshments
• Thursday – Dinner (5:45-7pm) and Night Out (7-10:30pm): Dinner at hotel & transportation to downtown Fort Collins
