Frequently Asked Questions
The ticket price of $1,300 includes registration and access to the entire 2022 WIMS National User Conference. At the conference you will be provided workshops, training, meals, social events, bus transportation, and two drink tickets per attendee.
Our registration program can support only one registration at a time. This means each attendee needs to register and pay individually. We apologize that our system can not handle group registrations. If you have any challenges with your registration, please contact events@aquaticinformatics.com.
Ticket payments is completed through PayPal and Aquatic Informatic’s subsidiary company, Linko Technology Inc. Upon submitting your payment with PayPal, you will be presented with a confirmation screen with the itemized purchase list, ticket name, price, and payee details. We recommend you print or screenshot this page as your invoice. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal on behalf of Linko Technology Inc with your transaction details, however this does not include the itemized purchase list and ticket name.
An additional confirmation email from Aquatic Informatics will be sent with your event ticket and all critical information about the venue, agenda, etc. We will also be sending reminders and updates as information becomes available to prepare you for the conference.
