June 18th | Join us for the Hach WIMS Customer Webinar Series with a 30-minute session led by the AQI team and our guest speaker, Shannen Green from Del-Co Water Company.
–
Del-Co Water Company, one of the largest public water systems in Ohio, serves more than 55,000 customers across eight counties. With four treatment plants, six up-ground reservoirs, and a blend of river and aquifer sources, the operational complexity was growing, but the data systems hadn’t kept up.
Each plant had its own way of logging and tracking data. Paper bench sheets, manual filing cabinets, and disconnected digital entry made it difficult to verify information or spot problems early. Monthly reports took hours to compile, and retrieving historical data could take a full day.
Join us for a 30-minute session on Thursday, June 18th, where our guest speaker, Water Quality Manager Shannen Green, will share Del-Co Water Company’s journey from fragmented data management to a centralized digital system powered by Hach WIMS.
Shannen Green spent the past 29 years with Del-Co Water Company. Over the past eight years in this leadership role, Shannen has helped drive Del-Co’s modernization of water data management through the adoption of Hach WIMS and RIO technologies. In addition to her operational expertise, Shannen is an active industry contributor, serving on the American Water Works Association Aesthetic Quality & Perception Committee and Water Quality Laboratory Committee, as well as the WaterReuse Committee of Ohio and the Women in Leadership Board for Ashland University.
During the webinar, you can expect to learn more from Shannen about:
- how Del-Co modernized reporting workflows,
- improved visibility across facilities,
- and built a more reliable foundation for operational decision-making.
Whether your organization is still relying on manual processes or looking to improve existing digital workflows, this webinar will provide practical insights for building a more connected and efficient water data management strategy. Register today!
