Vancouver, Canada, December 17, 2009 – Aquatic Informatics™ Inc., a global leader in software solutions for the water and climate industry, announced today that it has been awarded the 2009 Lang Michener Revenue Growth Award by ACETECH.

The Revenue Growth Award is awarded annually to the company showing the highest year-over-year percent revenue growth as part of ACETECH’s Growth Strategy Program. Approximately forty B.C. companies participate in the two-year program, whose goal is to help companies double revenues in 12-months.

“Winning this award is a great acknowledgement,” noted Ed Quilty, President and CEO of Aquatic Informatics. “The Growth Strategy Program has a profound impact on our company and on me as CEO. It provides our company with effective tools and best practices that are easy to deploy and which make an immediate impact.  As a CEO, it provides me with amazing mentorship and has also allowed me to build a strong CEO network that I now leverage.”

Adds ACETECH Lead Mentor Ralph Turfus, “Aquatic Informatics is a shining example of how a small company with an excellent product can successfully go to market if they get the right help at the right time and do the right things well.” ACETECH is a Canadian CEO mentoring organization where members can access the brainpower of their peers, get advice, and find solutions to challenges they are facing today.
