International sales and marketing launch starts with new VP.
Vancouver, Canada, January 7, 2008 – Aquatic Informatics Inc., a global leader in software solutions for the water and climate industry, is pleased to announce that Boudewijn Neijens has agreed to join the Aquatic Informatics’ executive team as Vice President, Marketing and International Business Development. Mr. Neijens brings an impressive track record of European and International sales growth and operational management success and will lead Aquatic Informatics’ International growth strategy in 2008.
Mr. Neijens studied engineering at the University of Brussels, Belgium and has an MBA from INSEAD in France. He has 25 years of experience in high technology companies, both in Europe and in North America. He was most recently Vice-President of Marketing at Kodak, and previously Corporate Vice-President of Marketing at Creo Inc, one of BC’s most successful high-technology companies. Prior to moving to Canada for Creo, Boudewijn had founded and ran the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa operations based in Brussels. He has also worked for various European companies in the imaging and printing industries. Boudewijn is also the chairman of the French International School in Vancouver and sits on a number of other non-profit boards.
