Data Reporting and Publishing

Generation of reports is a key deliverable to meet both operational needs and compliance regulations.  The AQUARIUS Reporting toolbox lets users generate reports from a large list of templates such as the common daily data summary report. Reports may be customized to match specific needs, and can be configured to include data from external data sources (e.g. water licensing databases, GIS, LIMS, asset tracking, etc…). 

In addition to human readable data reporting, it is often necessary to report data programmatically. To this end, the AQUARIUS Server provides a web service for on-demand data publication in text and graphical formats.

Customized Report Templates

AQUARIUS Report Templates can be built from scratch and/or customized.  The AQUARIUS Report Designer framework allows users to customize existing report templates or to generate completely new ones that can be run using both AQUARIUS data and data in external databases.  The AQUARIUS Report Designer environment furthermore supports both C# and VB.NET scripting languages to allow for programmatic data manipulation as part of a report template.
