ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 162 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.

The ICWP is the national water policy organization that represents non-federal water agencies who have responsibility for water planning and management, and we insist that America’s water science be sufficient to inform our water resource planning deliberation (for floods, droughts, spills, climate change, etc.) among the American communities and in public.

AWWA is distinguish as the authoritative resource for knowledge, information, and advocacy to improve the quality and supply of water in North America and beyond. AWWA is the largest organization of water supply professionals in the world. Its more than 57,000 members represent the full spectrum of the water community and includes utilities that supply water to roughly 180 million people in North America.
